Jamaica on the Way Home

I flew into JFK and ended up with about 6 hours to kill. I decided to take the Airtrain to Jamaica then the Long Island Rail Road to Penn Station. I think it is sad that it cost me the same to do that (roundtrip) as the one way trip on a shuttle van from Johannesburg to Manzini which is a 4+ hour drive.

It's good to know that I still don't like NYC. If I had more time, catching a show would make it ok but I just don't like the busyness. I thought it was ironic I was reading The Rest of God by Mark Buchanan while riding the train back to the airport.

I've got my Jamba Juice and officially back in the USA. My flights leave in about an hour so I am getting closer to home.

Songs I'm listening to (can you see the theme?):

Home by Marc Broussard
Our Happy Home by The David Crowder Band
Time to Go Home - Jimmy Buffett (from Don't Stop The Carnival)
Home - Sheryl Crow
